ABOUT THIS COURSE
One of the most significant tasks performed by lineworkers is the troubleshooting process. This is a utility operation where hazards are easily unrecognized, customer relationships can be damaged, and substantial material loss may result. Helping lineworkers develop troubleshooting skills, or enhance their existing skills makes them safer on the job and better equipped to facilitate a positive customer interaction. Whenever a truck rolls, a safe and successful completion should be our aim. This class typically requires two days.
